Delivery Options
Local delivery is available on our scheduled delivery days — at least once a week — and we cook to preorder, so place your order ahead and it goes out on the next delivery run. The next scheduled delivery day is shown on the homepage and at checkout. Pickup is also available at our Wellington location for local customers, and we offer a drop-off option for a certain customer group at a specific location (at our sole discretion).
Privacy
We store your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and any allergy or dietary notes solely to prepare and deliver your orders safely, and to send you receipts and order updates. Payment is taken on a secure, PCI-compliant hosted checkout page — your card details never touch our site — and all traffic to and from our site is protected with SSL (HTTPS) encryption. We also keep your order history, gift-card credit, referral, and review records so the service works as promised. We never sell or share your personal data, and we send no marketing unless you agree to it when registering to become a member. You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you — just get in touch.
